User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:

Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by XDAS Technology and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Client Intellectual Property
When you provide us with content, specifications, or materials for a project, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. You grant us a license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Deliverables
Upon full payment and acceptance of deliverables, you will receive full ownership rights to the custom software, applications, or websites we develop for you, subject to the terms of our agreement.
Service Availability and Maintenance
While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that may temporarily interrupt service availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect service availability.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements or service contracts. Generally:
- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall XDAS Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
- You remain responsible for all outstanding payments
- We will deliver completed work according to our agreement
- Access to our systems may be revoked immediately
- Confidential information remains protected
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
